Simple answers to common customers questions

Payments & Invoicing

We work with a milestone-based payment schedule, which will be outlined in our initial proposal. Invoices are issued at the completion of each milestone, with clear terms for payment deadlines.
Yes there is a small 10% deposit required to begin work on your project. This deposit is non-refundable and allows us to understand what clients are serious about their projects. Then after the first deposit we will start the planning and design phase.
In the case the payment is late, we will contact the client and keep working for seven days. After which, depending on the situation we will pause the project. We will resume work once the payment is made. Everything will be outlined in the contracts, invoices and when we discuss the project.
We strive to be transparent with our pricing. Additional costs would only arise if the project scope is extended or if additional features are requested that were not included in the initial quote. Any potential extra costs would be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding with the additional work.
We understand that every client has unique financial needs. While we have a standard payment protocol, we are open to discussing a payment schedule that aligns with your project budgeting process. These details are typically worked out during the contract phase.
Project cancellation policies will be outlined in the contract. Generally, for a project cancellation, you are responsible for the cost of the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any deposits made may not be refundable depending on the stage of the project.
For larger, more expensive projects, we can arrange a payment plan that allows for installment payments. This ensures that the project is financially manageable for you while work continues at a steady pace.
Absolutely. Transparency is a key component of our billing process. Each invoice will detail the services rendered, along with a breakdown of hours or milestones completed, so you can clearly understand what you're being charged for.
